- If the insured candidate voluntarily terminates their employment within first 60-90 days (deductible/waiting period): recruiter seeks to replace them.
- if the insured candidate voluntarily terminates their employment after the 60-90-day deductible/waiting period: ExecuSure provides a full refund of the client’s recruitment fee. ExecuSure will even reimburse clients if the insured candidate dies or becomes physically or mentally disabled during the 12- month coverage period.
