If the insured candidate provided by the recruiter terminates their employment within the first 60 or 90 days (ExecuSure is available with a choice of two "waiting periods"), the recruiter will, as customary, generally seek to replace the candidate. However, if the insured candidate terminates their employment after the waiting period, ExecuSure provides the employer a 100% refund of the employer’s recruiting fees. If an ExecuSure-covered employee voluntarily leaves their job, the employer receives a 100% refund of its recruiting fees.
